Yonex U.S.A. warrants, to the original purchaser, its tennis and badminton frames purchased from a Yonex authorized retailer to be free of defects in materials and workmanship, when used in the manner intended, for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase. Subject to inspection and evaluation, Yonex U.S.A. will without charge to the customer, replace any tennis or badminton frame that is defective or becomes defective during normal use within the warranty coverage period.
This warranty does not apply to damage caused by third party. Yonex U.S.A. does not warrant its pre-strung tennis and badminton frames against string breakage. This warranty does not cover cosmetic blemishes or damage caused by normal wear and tear. Lastly, this warranty does not extend coverage to tennis or badminton frames replaced by Yonex U.S.A. as a part of any pervious warranty claim.
The term “frames,” as used in this warranty, encompasses those parts of a racquet that are not replaceable, including the dead, shoulders, throat, shaft, and handle.
