Racquet Returns Policy:

·         Rackets can be returned within 14 days of the invoice date as long as they are unused.

·         Please do not remove the plastic film wrapped around the grip if you intend to return the racket.

·         Once the plastic grip is removed the racket is considered used and hence cannot be returned.

·         Any custom strung rackets are not eligible for return or exchange (pre-strung rackets do qualify, if they meet the above requirements).

·         Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

·         Any "unused" products may be returned subject to a 15% restocking fee.
